While custom home building has weathered the Covid storm for the most part in our region, and even seeing many increases-which is great for the local economy, one of the affects of the pandemic on the construction world is the cost of materials. As with many builders, we are seeing lumber prices skyrocket and materials taking longer than usual to get to us.
